Usta Başı / Şef pozisyonuna başvuracak adayların mesleğinde en az 10 yıl deneyime sahip olması, Bay Area bölgesinde bulunması veya deneme sürecinde kendi imkanlarıyla bölgeye gelip çalışabilecek durumda olması gerekmektedir. Ayrıca mutfağı yönetebilecek minimum düzeyde İngilizce bilmesi beklenmektedir.

Line Cook pozisyonu için ise kısa süreli mutfak deneyimi yeterli olacaktır.

Candidates applying for the Head Chef / Chef position must possess at least 10 years of professional experience in the field. Furthermore, applicants must either currently reside in the Bay Area or be able to travel to the region at their own expense to work during the trial period. Additionally, a minimum level of English proficiency—sufficient to manage the kitchen operations—is expected.

For the Line Cook position, a limited amount of prior kitchen experience will be sufficient.
