Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, travel-ready Field Team Leader to be based out of Houston and lead on-site installation crews across the United States.

This role requires a technical leader who is equally comfortable handling project planning and scheduling in the office and actively managing skilled trade crews (glaziers, metal fabricators, installers) in the field. If you have deep, proven experience in Rainscreen Cladding and Glazing/Curtain Wall systems and are ready to take full ownership of the overcladding process from start to finish, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Execution & Leadership:

Direct and supervise the installation of Rainscreen (rain-screen) cladding, Glazing (curtain wall), and Solid Panel systems.

Manage, mentor, and coordinate crews of 10–15 skilled trade workers (glaziers, installers, metal workers) to ensure peak productivity and safety.

Enforce the "first-time-right" principle—ensuring flawless waterproofing, thermal break installation, and structural integrity on every project.

Project Planning & Follow-Up:

Develop and manage project timelines, weekly schedules, and material delivery logistics.

Track project progress against the master schedule and provide detailed daily/weekly reports to the engineering and project management teams.

Proactively identify potential site issues and implement immediate corrective actions to avoid delays.

Material & Site Management:

Oversee material flow from warehouse to installation point, ensuring inventory accuracy and minimizing waste.

Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to ensure all installations meet project specifications and architectural standards.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce strict adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols on all job sites.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years of active on-site construction experience within the United States.

Required background: Proven hands-on experience with Rainscreen Cladding (ventilated facades) and Glazing/Curtain Wall systems.

Deep technical knowledge of aluminum composite panels, solid panels, glass mounting hardware, and sub-structure anchoring systems.

Leadership & Management:

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage skilled trade crews (glaziers, installers, metal workers) effectively.

Strong project planning and scheduling skills (experience with MS Project or similar is a plus).

Travel & Logistics:

No travel restrictions – must be willing and able to travel extensively across the United States for extended project stays (all travel expenses and per diem covered by the company).

Technical Skills:

Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints, shop drawings, and installation manuals.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or BIM/Revit models is a strong plus.

Language & Communication:

Fluent in English (written and spoken ).

Preferred: Ability to speak Turkish as a second language is highly desirable to facilitate seamless communication within our client's diverse, global team.

Location: Houston, TX (Extensive project-based travel across the United States required)

Compensation: $43/hour
