How you will contribute to the team: Our ideal candidate will have the capability to handwrite clean, neat, and beautiful on all kind of surfaces with customer-centric focus, is driven by an inquisitive curiosity to learn, and can pick up new knowledge and skills independently. Our candidate is innovative, dedicated, and has a “can-do” attitude visible through superior multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, our candidate will be responsible for personalizing the gifts, communicating with our customers in English, resolving customer issues as well as pick, pack and prepare boxes for shipping.

Core Capabilities

- Ability to handwrite clean, neat, and beautiful on all kind of surfaces

- Pick, pack and prepare boxes for shipping

- Strong communication skills, in both verbal and written form in English

- Ability to resolve customer issues

- Detail oriented, diligent, reliable, self-starter

- Proven ability to use Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong proficiency in Excel

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail and prioritization capabilities

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team

Preferred Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher

- Work Experience: Proven ability to be effective and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment

- Highly proficient in good handwriting (calligraphy, typography and textural art)

- Ability to communicate organizational thinking with team members and be able to receive constructive feedback

- Extremely high attention to detail and dedication to organizational process

- Product photography knowledge

- Up to date with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
