Apartman yeni, binanin icinde camasir ve kurutma makinesi, ve catida oldukca guzel bir teras var. A-C Utica istasyonuna 7-8 dakika yurume mesafesinde. (Bu metro ile direkt havaalanina ulasabiliyorsunuz.) 4-3 Crown Hights-Utica Ave. istasyonuna 14dk yurume mesafesinde. Kira faturalar dahil $1050, eger odayi cift olarak kiralamak isterseniz fiyat $1150 olacaktir.

Bir tanesi 23 yasinda genc profesyonel bir erkek. Cok sessiz, temiz ve kibar, bu zamana kadar gordugum en iyi oda arkadasi. 2 senedir onunla evi paylasiyorum. Tuvaletlerden birini sadece onunla siz paylasiyor olacaksiniz.

I'm subletting my room with a balcony in our 3BD 2BA apartment in Brooklyn, Crown Heights from 1 July to 31 July. This is important the room is available for ONE MONTH.

The building is brand new and has a laundry and a beautiful terrace on the roof. It is 7-8 mins walking distance to A-C Utica station and 14 minutes walking distance to 4-3 Crown Hights-Utica Ave. The rent is $1050, and utilities included in the amount of the price, but if you are a couple the amount will be increased to $1150.

The other roommates are;

One of them is 23 years old young professional man. He is super silent, polite, clean, and the best roommate I have ever had. He is my roommate for more than two years. You will share the bathroom just with him.

In the other room, a sweet couple is living. They are also professionals and very friendly. They have a private bathroom. So, you will share the kitchen with them.
