We are looking for a roommate in one " Private Furnished Room" in our 2 bedroom PREMIUM apartment.

Big Peacefull Apartment around Total 1,000 sqft. Apartment has FULL Central Park View , 2nd floor , big living room ( 15X12= 300 sqft) , full kitchen , & 1 bathroom. Near to Columbia University ( 5 - 10 min by walking ) also near subways (1-2 2 block/ B-C is just on the corner ) , buses (just on the other side of the road ) . Apartment is on the corner of Central Park West & Central Park North in a PREMIUM AREA.

Room is comfortable : 13 X 10 in size , one king bed , air condition , room minibar refrigerator , special dressing cabinet big enough to hang out all of your dresses, one table to study with its chair , 1 coffee table , 1 drawer is in the room already for your convenience.

Laundry in the building and live in Super...

Preferably for one year September 2019 through September 2020 period but for school year till end of 2nd semester is also available. ( Sept 2019- May/June 2020 ) Any other term and dates you need to get in touch with me.
