Personalization person for e-commerce office

Looking for someone to personalize ceramic figurine gifts by hand and write out name, message, and/or date. We will provide a sample figurine for training. You need to write it so that it looks as beautiful as that sample. We are looking for someone consistent and can do this 6 days a week since the end of the year. Handwriting must be neat and consistent.

We’re</a> looking for people who are capable of clean, neat, and beautiful handwriting on all kinds of surfaces. This individual will be responsible for hand-personalization on decorative figurines; as well as communicating with customers written in English, resolving customer issues; and picking-packing-preparing boxes for shipping. The ideal candidate should be attentive, have a good visual memory, and understand the customer’s needs.

Responsibilities:

- Hand-personalizing on seasonal decorative figurines based on customer's requests

- Provide support across multiple teams, including but not limited to Personalization, Shipping, Customer Service

- Work in a fast-paced environment

- Work well individually and as part of a team

- Resolve customer issues; strong communication skills, in both verbal and written form of English

About you: 

- Highly proficient in good handwriting (calligraphy, typography, and textural art)

- Hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

- Have excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail

- Someone who isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves

- Have at least a 2-year degree
