The apartment comes with its own parking spot. Also, pets not allowed. You have the option to have the room furnished (bed, desk and 2 wardrobes) or unfurnished. You’d be sharing the common room, kitchen and bath with two housemates.

Tenants are responsible for wifi and heating/electric., which might come up for ~$40-70 monthly.
