A cat may wonder when you're going to give them a treat. I believe animals are good, so the thoughts are probably good. When it comes to people, thoughts become more complex, especially if there's a crime.

Then it becomes a matter of what thoughts went through the person's mind when they committed the crime. We call this a "mental state." Mental state makes a difference. The prosecutor wants to know these things...

(1) Did the person act INTENTIONALLY? (MAHSUS)

(2) Did the person act KNOWINGLY? (BİLEREK)

(3) Did the person act RECKLESSLESSLY? (ÇEKİNMESİZ)

(4) Did the person act NEGLIGENTLY? (DİKKATSIZ)
