If you listen to music that goes back a few decades, you probably instantly recognize these lyrics from a popular song. Younger generations of music fans might not know the song. But more on that later. The words are generally associated with relationships and love. "Bu Yolda Dönüş Yok... ," in other words, there's no turning back from this journey. But the words may sometimes hold true for certain LEGAL journeys.

This is because there are some legal matters that are difficult to turn back from once they're started. Let's say someone starts a lawsuit. They sue a partner who betrayed them in a business venture. Well, the partner being sued comes back and sues for similar accusations. In the end it turns into a big mess where both sides find it difficult to back out. Sure, everyone plans to win the lawsuit they start... that's the whole idea -

Here's another example. Someone files for bankruptcy. But once they start the process, they find that every detail of their personal finances is closely examined. They didn't think it was going to be this intrusive. They change their mind and want to back out of the bankruptcy action. Depending on the region, that might not be allowed. "Dönüş yok," in other words.

There are other examples as well. And if you sue someone aggressive when you have a shaky case, getting sued in return is not fun, to use an understatement.

It can become stuck in the mud, cost money, cause stress, and make the person who started it want to retreat.
