Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist. The role is located in Lorton, VA. The specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable. Day-to-day tasks include invoicing, monitoring accounts for overdue payments, communicating with clients to resolve payment issues, and accurately maintaining records of all collections activities. The specialist will also perform account reconciliations and generate regular reports on collection activities and results. Additionally, they will collaborate with the finance team to optimize collection strategies and ensure timely cash flow.

Qualifications

Must possess strong Communication and Debt Collection skills

Finance and Invoicing experience required

Analytical Skills are essential for success

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Experience in the food service industry is a plus

Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field is a plus
