Help Siyar Fight Stage 4 Stomach Cancer

My dear friend Siyar Koseoglu, only 30 years old, is fighting for his life after being diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer. His story is heartbreaking — and he urgently needs our help.

On September 14, Siyar went to the hospital because of severe back pain. What he thought was something minor turned out to be the worst news imaginable. That day, doctors told him that the pain was caused by cancer that had already spread throughout his body. His life changed completely in a single moment.

Since that day, Siyar has not been able to walk on his own. On his better days, he manages to take a few steps with the help of a walker — but even then, only for 5–10 minutes before the pain becomes unbearable. He has been unable to work and is now facing both physical and financial battles that no one should ever have to endure.

Siyar is currently undergoing his second cycle of chemotherapy. His doctors have strongly recommended starting immunotherapy, which could significantly strengthen his fight against the disease and improve his chances of survival. They have advised at least 6–8 sessions of immunotherapy, but the hospital will not begin treatment unless full payment is made in advance — and the cost is extremely high.

Siyar has always been a family-oriented person, someone who has always been there for his loved ones and supported his family both emotionally and financially. He is also a kind, humble, and generous person, and a sports and outdoors enthusiast who loved staying active and spending time in nature. Now, he is the one who needs help. He deserves a chance to live, to heal, and to see better days ahead.
